Hi, 6 Months Back I Had An Wisdom Teeth Pain

Hi,
6 months back i had an wisdom teeth pain i went to dentist he removed the extra part which block the growth of wisdom teeth at myleft side lower part of jaw and aleo he said from now that wisdom teeth doent cause a prblm..Now am having white bump at the same place causing pain while eating and talking also.am not sure whether am having an wisdom teeth pain or that bump causing pain.
please suggest me.what to do now.
