Hi, 7 Weeks Ago While Playing Soccer I Was Elbowed

Hi, 7 weeks ago while playing soccer I was elbowed in the ribs. The 10th rib was severely displaced. Luckily no organ damage however the fracture required a titanium plate. I am 3 weeks post op and still experiencing quite a bit of discomfort and have a frequent popping at the around the top of the plate. Do you have any experience with this? Could the screw have some loose? Thanks for taking the time to review.
