Hi 8 Years Ago I Suffered From Severe Pityrisis Versicolor

8 years ago I suffered from severe pityrisis versicolor but only diagnosed 2 years ago and found the right medication and all skin cleared up! Now in the last 6 months i have a rash on the inside of one of arms chest fm front of neck shoulders and back but doesn't seem to be the same as this is very itchy white (goes red at times of irratation) and in more in clumps rather than individually. Please help
