Hi. A Few Days Ago I Was Experiencing A Loud

Hi. A few days ago I was experiencing a loud gushing in the back of my neck. It lasted 20 seconds. Later on that day I felt a zap going from one place in my brain to the other, about an inch away from another and I felt more perceptive somehow. Then all day, and all of the next day I felt pulsing and burning in different parts of my brain, that kind of went on and still continues just randomly, sometimes when I try and recall a memory or try and think too hard. The pulsing... changed to a kind of colder sensation.. and I get random ice pick pulsing feelings and those are continuing. I have always struggled with my memory and sometimes I think it might be getting worse but I'm trying to do what I can to train my memory but it's hard. Sometimes those feelings in my head go all the way to my ear. What could this be?
Should I run for a test?
