Hi, A Hard Lump Has Recently Appeared On My Right

Hi, A hard lump has recently appeared on my right clavicle. It is painful to the touch. It hurts to lift arm and shoulder aches a little and back of neck. Does this sound like arthritis or a possible cancerous tumor from the symptoms I have described? I have had a history of my right arm going out of it's socket, but it hasn't happed for awhile. I also sleep on my right side. Thanks for your thoughts?
