Hi. A Month Ago I Noticed A Swollen Vein Starting

Hi. A month ago I noticed a swollen vein starting at the inner corner of my left eye extending part way down my nose. Today I noticed a bump on my eyeball.

I'm particularly concerned bc I've had a "freckle" in my eye (1/4 of my blue eye is brown) since I was about 10 yrs old. I'm 34 now. My eye doctors have always said its like a freckle from the sun. It's actually very pretty.

I have no discomfort and my vision is completely normal. But I'm really scared I have eye cancer or something. Obviously I need to see a doctor soon. Have you ever seen these symptoms before and do you have any ideas what this could be? Cancer?
