Hi! A Week Ago I My Toe Started To Itch

Hi! A week ago I my toe started to itch and burn. I noticed what appears to be four bite marks in a perfect outline of a square. It itches and burns the worst when my foot is warm, in socks, under covers and in the shower. What can I do to stop the itching/burning? Ointments for athletes foot seem to agrivate it (did this first thinking that's what it was until I noticed the unusual square like bite)
