Hi, A Week Back I Found A Lump In Halfway

A week back I found a lump in halfway down my cleavage. It was a little sore but was not exactly raised above skin. I thought it was because of some acne, as I get acne in those areas. The pain eventually went away but I still have the lump. Since yesterday, I'm having some discomfort at times in that area. It kind of flattens when I'm in a reclining position and gets back to a lump like shape when I'm sitting on standing. I'm immensely scared. What can it be?
