Hi, A While Back (1 Year Or So) I Got

Hi, A while back (1 year or so) I got a web piercing (frenulum piercing) and on Saturday i had to re attach the piercing after one of the screws came off the earring. A day after I noticed this weird pain that keeps going on and off. I'm not sure if it might have gotten infected or is just irritated or maybe even bruised?
