Hi. About 3 Months Ago, I Had A Bad Cold.

Hi. About 3 months ago, I had a bad cold. No fevers, just sore throat, hoarse....took about a week to go away. Shortly after I noticed a feeling of "lump" in my throat just when lying down at night. I am pretty confident I had never noticed this feeling till after having that cold. I thought it would pass, but the feeling is now constant. I don't have any other symptoms. I feel fine, but I feel this lump always. I went to a walk-in clinic about a month ago and was given an antibiotic for suspected sinus infection that never cleared. The antibiotic did nothing to help. I do feel the lump feels better when I eat something. When I swallow saliva, I notice the lump, but with food/drink-in that moment, the lump is not noted.
What could it be?
