Hi. About 6 Hours Ago I Fell From A Tree

Hi. About 6 hours ago I fell from a tree maybe 1 1/2 stories up and landed on my feet but felt pain right away in my power back and right knee. I had to report to my first day of work so I had to walk 1.5 miles with the pain. I got sent home once I told them what happened. Now I'm home lying in bed with a ace wrap around my knee. I jus took it off to check how swollen it is and it's half the size bigger than my left knee. My lower back hurts and and also I noticed when I turn my neck to the left it hurts a little with a sharp pain going down the back of my left shoulder. I am broke with no insurance and no car or money for a cab to take me to the ER. I am a 31 year old male in good health. Thank you for your help
