Hi About A Week Ago I Started Experiencing A Crawling

About a week ago I started experiencing a crawling sensation all over my body. My skin felt itchy in places. I also feel like my fingers and toes are throbbing. The soles of my feet feel hot and quite tender. I have aches in my muscles and am constantly tired. I wore a heart monitor recently and it showed I have an extra heart beat. I went on to do a fitness test which I passed. Could these be related?
