Hi. About A Week Ago I Hit The Side Of

Hi. About a week ago i hit the side of my face. Right infront of my right ear lobe. Didn't notice until days later that there was a ball there. No real pain and i thought it was just swelling. Now i can still feel the ball and it hasn't gone down. I pushed down on it hard just earlier n it went down just a bit but I'm not certain i should keep doing so as i don't believe i can completely rid of it like that and it hurts when i add pressure. Please help and thank you.
