Hi, About Two Days Ago I Had An Anxiety Attack

Hi,
About two days ago I had an anxiety attack and was crying a lot. Since then I have had a constant yellowish, watery nasal fluid from one nostril; it smells foul. I had a headache after as well, which is normal for me after these episodes. Today my upper teeth began to ache on the same side and I feel like my face is starting to go numb. It hardens when it dries and I do not have any further symptoms. I don't have any idea what is going on.
