After an aggressive sexual encounter, the nerves on my scrotum developed red spots (because the blood vessels broke). I've been trying to remove them by exfoliating and using creams, but they have not changed after two years. I think it's because they are not external, but internal and connected with the red veins, I cannot treat them.
