My daughter is 20 month old having no infections at first look, but as per blood report wbc count is raised to borderline .After taking 5ml of ibugesic and sponging the Temp. dropped from 101.8 F to 100.1 F within 70minutes, . But its not comming down after 90min. Its still 100.1F. So what should I do? Is it ok if I give her 3ml of fevago DS? After taking that when / after his many minutes temp should come down to normal (bellow 99F)?
