All of a sudden I was not able to sit down without my bum hurting, I have to sit a certain way and when I try to lie down I'm in pain. I just thought maybe I bruised it, but I looked today and there's like this lump looking thing at the very top of my crack, I showed my mum and she thinks it could be a hernia. How do I get rid of this?
