Hi! All Of The Sudden My Hearing Sounds Pitchy Kind

Hi! All of the sudden my hearing sounds pitchy kind of like the robots in "WALLE". I'm 13 and this just started happening this morning. It feels like there is a finger in my right ear (muffeled.) This has only happened one other time before. This is difficult because I have state testing at school and listening to the directions is unbearable. Thank you so much for your help!
