Hi! Almost 2 Years Ago I Got My Tubes Tied

Hi! Almost 2 years ago I got my tubes tied after giving birth to my twin daughters by c section. Now I am 6 days late for my period this month. Since giving birth to my daughters my cycle has been regular. I am also experiencing slightly sore nipples and period like cramps. Could I be pregnant?
