Am 27 yrs old, used femilon for 2 months(june n july) and stopped to regularise periods.now on aug 14 i had my last period. In august i didnt use femilon. Bcoz we r planning for kids.my next period is on 14th sep. We had unprotected course at the time of ovulation. And even before n next days. Now am having cramps from 3 days and back pain n spotting from yesterday.. they look like period symptoms. Want to confirm whether they r implantation symptoms or periods.
