Hi. Approximately 6 Days Ago I Started Feeling Some Burning

Hi. Approximately 6 days ago I started feeling some burning pain in my sternum area when I coughed. The cough is only off and on a few times a day. The cough is a dry, tickle type of cough. The discomfort in the sternum / chest area seems to be getting worse by the day. I have also had a few headaches and have also developed bleeding gums.
