Hi, Around 1.5 Years Back I Got This Wart On

Hi, Around 1.5 years back I got this wart on skin of my penis (one in number, appears to be cauliflower in shape). Recently visited doctor who has prescribed me Podowart paint. I have applied it today. However, I already had unprotected sex with my partner regularly few months back. My partner is not infected yet.. but I am worried if she will be infected- Also as I am getting married to her in another 2 weeks (within which I expect the wart to be gone) Can we have unprotected sex then?
