Hi. At My 12 Week Nt Scan I Was Told

Hi. At my 12 week nt scan I was told I have low lying placenta at posterior reaching up to the os and covering it. Grade 1 maturity. Are there any restrictions in climbing stairs. I do avoid but yesterday I had to climb the stairs 4 times due to some urgent work. Will it be harmful?? I am scared.
