Awhile back I was diagnosed by my doctor with tinea versicolor. She recommended I apply Selsun Blue to the area when I shower but it made my skin so dry and it was somewhat painful. She had mentioned over the counter creams such as Lotrimin, but I was unsure as to which Lotrimin I should use. Athletes foot cream? Jock itch? Can these really help get rid of the spots on my arms?
