Hi, Been On Microgynon Contraceptive Pill For 9 Years Now.

Been on microgynon contraceptive pill for 9 years now. My doctor switched it to Levest without telling me. I rang and he said it's just the same as microgynon and to see how I go on it.
I took a weeks worth before stopping due to bad period pains, nausea, feelings of anxiety and bleeding despite taking them.
But, the ingredients are more or less the same so why am I feeling so differently when taking this pill compared to Microgynon.
I never had any of these effects before.
