Hi, Brief Càse Study- Age 26 I Ve Got Detected

Hi,

Brief càse study-
Age 26
I ve got detected with PIVD L4-5, L5-S1 6 months back, neuro and orthosurgeon both denied surgery and recommended for back strengthening exercise. After 6 months also my problem is still the same. Moreover, it has aggravated and my right leg is heavy all the time.

I reported back again with SLR Lt leg 50 and Rt leg 30. MRI was PIVD with no evidence of marrow edema in SI joints and no neural compromise.

I ve been reffered to rheumatologist who said its Sero negative Spondyloarthritopathy. I also had a history of knee joint sensation (not pain exactly) and sensation in my finger joints.

HLA B27 = negative
Uric acid = 7.0 retest =5.9
ESR =8
CRP = Negative

Also I ve been detected with Gilbert syndrome view history of juandice.

My question is :-

1. How PIVD is interrelated to Spondyloarthritopathy?
2. What all exercises and techniques are recommended to eradicate pain in lower back?
3. Why my right leg is heavy all the time when no neural compromise is there?
4. Why there is a severe pain in my right buttock?
5. Please guide me a healthy diet plan and precautions to be taken while eating.

Note :- I am a non drinker and non smoker.
