Hi. Can I take Kalms at night time, as a sleep aid. I'm on 10mg of Lexapro (taken each morning for anxiety). Since forever, I always wake at about 3am and struggle to get back to sleep. Getting to sleep when I go to bed (at approx 10:30pm) isn't a problem. I'd just like to get a full nights sleep, for once!
