Can I take zincovit with methycobal. Please advise.
My legs pain alot specially if I walk much, mine is a sales job, I walk around 4-5 kms per day within premises, it pains all over the legs but the major areas are carves and toe. Its been 8-9 months, before that I never felt such pain, I have changed 3 doctors, most tests like uric acid, arthritis related, calcium were done and all were normal, finally one of the doctor asked for vitamin d test, and I was deficient, it was just '10', after having around 12 tablets of vitamin d3 (once in a week), it reached between normal range '235', I felt better but pain is still there, now I m taking vitamin d3 once in a month, don't understand what could be the reason for such pain, should I consult some doctor again? Should I go for some other tests?
Please advise.
