Hi, Can Levofloxacin Be Used As A Substitute For Clarithromycin?

Hi, Can levofloxacin be used as a substitute for Clarithromycin? How many mg should be used? Patient is allergic to all Penicillin drugs as well as Clarithromycin. Treatment is for H-Pyroli using the triple treatment method. Patient is currently on the following:

Metronidazole 400mg

Omeprazole 20mg

Clarithromycin 250mg

Having slight swelling of tongue due to the Clarithromycin 250mg.
