Hi! Can You Tell Me How Long Clarithromycin Stays In

Hi! Can you tell me how long clarithromycin stays in your system? I just took my last dose of a 10 day courese for bronchitis (I have asthma). I feel more anxious than usual since I've been on the medication and I'm worried these symptoms won't go away once I finish this medicine. I have never been an anxious person at all up until the past week while taking this antibiotic. Please advise. Will these symptoms clear soon?
