Hi DOctor I Am A Sufferer Of ALS Since Late

I am a sufferer of ALS since late 2012
Since last year i had alot of saliva in the mouth and also swallowings has become a problem for me like chewing bitting and also swallowinsg
I must drink with water together to get the food down
is there any other remedy which can at least help me to stop my saliva problem my hand and legs are still strong tks doctor
