Hi.. DR. Andrew. I wanted to ask that I have a feeling that due to prolonged anxiety and depression, my mental capabilities have deteriorated and I have tough time remembering some of the thing. And facing even more anxiety. Need your advice over that. Any way to naturally revive my mental capabilities. And reduce my anxiety and work up to the fullest.
