Hi , Day Before Yesterday When I Was Using Jet

Hi ,
Day before yesterday when i was using jet to wash my vagina , the pressure was soo high that it hurt badly on my vaginal opening but then i ignored because it just pained shortly after sometimes it felt normal infact it felt good(u know what i mean)
But then the same night there was some itching in my vagina so i put some powder but then when i touched my inner lips were swallowed n my vaginal opening had a cut(seemed like a small hole) n when i went to pee instead of clitoris or uretheral opening pee was coming out of my vaginal opening . N even my clitoris had gone small. I was scared . I applied warm turmeric n cocunut oil . I felt little better swelling was gone in one day but then puss is discharging daily from vaginal opening from that cut . I am washing it with dettol n applying coconut oil but still its been third day n that puss is not gone . .... please help . N yes i forgot to mention i am a virgin - 22 years old. But yes i generally do rubbing with my fingers n my nails are also big . That can also be one reason . I dont know . Please suggest what medicines or wht should i do to cure . Thanks
