Dear Neurologist,
I hope you will read my query patiently. At 29/07/2015 My father got a very much headache at 8.30 p.m then he

applied a some oil on head to prevent the headache. At 10 pm when we tried to wakeup my father he is not

responded to anyone although he can open the eyes and can see everywhere(also can move head) but not

responding to any actions of ours. We immediately rushed to the govt hospital. They immediately taken the ct

scan. Doctor told us by viewing the report my father had a bleeding and blood clots in brain. Now after 25 Days

days he still have a following problem in hospitals I listed here.
NOTE : MY FATHER HAVE A PARKINSON'S DISEASE FROM 15 YEARS.
Memory Loss: My father not identifying single person of our family. Although he is taking the name
Headaches- Headaches problem.
Speaking Difficulties- he begin to slur words or have difficulty speaking.
Confusion- He felt confused or feel as though it takes longer than usual to understand things.
Changes in Personality- A blood clot can cause your personality to become altered from its usual state. You may
suddenly feel very manic or normally energetic people can feel subdued.
Dizziness- Dizziness and temporary blindness.
Depression- Depression problem.
Loss of Coordination- He find himself unable to move with the same level of coordination that he are used to.

The ability to transfer objects from one hand to the other affected.
Paralysis- One side of body become paralyzed but not a fully he still responding a little bit on that side means
left side. Right side is fully OK.

Now doctor discharged him after 25 days(We admited him in govt hospital) and he still have same problem like

can't eat just drinking juices from nose pipe. Not able to speak and not able to identifying people some times.
Staying in semi conscious state always. I want to know what to do should we admit in any private hospital? He losing the weight very fast and have a very high bp 140-160.

My Father Details is:
Age: 65
Disease: Parkinson's disease from 15 Years
