Hi, Developed A Really Sore Roof Palette And Back Of

Developed a really sore roof palette and back of nose over the last few days, it seems to have moved from there down to my throat now, peculiar feeling when I swallow as though it's swollen or ??
My wife has just looked down my throat and says it looks a little yellow. Will try and make an appointment with my local doctor tomorrow. No high temperature or swollen nodes or rashes.
