Hi Doc! Good Day! My Dad Was Diagnosed And Confirmed

Hi Doc! Good day! My dad was diagnosed and confirmed with prostate cancer last Dec 2017 with Gleason Score 7. Prognostic Grade Group 2 and based on his ultrasound scans he has concretions with the enlarged prostate. What does the concretions mean? Is it more of a mass that should be taken out through surgery? What treatments should my dad undergo? He is currently into alternative medicine (natural healing approach - through organic and healthy foods). Anything you may suggest? Thank you.
