Hi Doc, Heated Pizza On Some Cheap Throwaway Plastic Plate

Hi Doc,

Heated pizza on some cheap throwaway plastic plate in office (it melted in 90 seconds in microwave) and pizza was on a cardboard so didn't touch directly pizza and I threw away all the cheese which touched the plate but ate the rest but feel bad that I ate the pizza..Is it that dangerous that I ate and inhaled thee chemicals in my food ?
