Hi Doc ! I Am 68 Yrs Old With High

Hi Doc ! I am 68 yrs old with High Blood. 5 days ago a blood vessel erupted in my left eye. Now its clear. I am taking my prescribe meds plus, supplements like MX3 coffee, DXN coffee, GoChee juice and Jule juice. Is this an "over kill" treatment or what do you advice?
