Hi Doc I Am Drinking Mx3 Coffee During Every Breakfast

Hi Doc I am drinking mx3 coffee during every breakfast but yesterday after my lunch I had a severe allergy maybe I ate ampalaya with egg my whole body got itchy and I can breath normally so I rush to the hospital and they bp me and my bp was normal 120/90 and I am 55 y.o then they injected me 2medicines at thesame time and after a few minutes I fell my body my was shaking but though the itches and the reddish of my skin was gone and the Doctor told me why I feel that way due of medicine reaction but its already 20 hours passed.And I'm still feeling thesame every 1hour or more.Do I need to check up again?
