Hi Doc, I Am Having PCOS From Past 8-9 Years.

Hi Doc, I am having PCOS from past 8-9 years. And I was taking some medicine call Basbesta which I stopped before 4 months and started taken glyciphage 1gm. I took this medicine before as well for a year. last week I got my periods after 2.5 moths gap and heavy bleeding with cramp and clot for past 10days. Yesterday I started taking Pause 500mg as per doc suggested but still not much improvement even after taking 4 tablets. Please tell me how much time pause takes to start working
