Hi Doc, I Am Having An Anal Fissure.. My Doc

Hi Doc, I am having an anal fissure.. My doc gave me two ointments of which one is to cure fissure and the other is anesthesia. I am also taking a liquid oral medicine for softening my stool. I am also taking sit batz every time after a I go to the loo. It's been a week now but the pain is only increasing. I am also getting lower back pain since yesterday.
