Hi Doc, I Had A HSG Done And The Results

Hi Doc, I had a HSG done and the results were the fallopian tubes are not being opacified. No spillage of contrast is seen into the pelvic cavity. Congenital unicornuate uterus with a rudimentary left Horn noted. DDx - Subseptated uterus non-patent or absent fallopian tubes. Please explain.
