Hi Doc, I Have A Burnt Mark Above My Calf

Hi Doc, I have a burnt mark above my calf muscle. This has happened 20 years ago when I was a child from a scooter silencer. It is about the size of an ear and very dark from my skin tone. Is there a way I can get rid of this. Shall I apply kojivit for this mark?
