Hi Doc I Have A Protruding Red Growth On My

Hi Doc

I have a protruding red growth on my chin. I have had it since birth but it startd off being flat but is slowly growing and now protruding from the skin. I am finding more and more of the red spots appearing all over my body as the months go. Could you please give me any indication of what this could be?
