I have a sister who is 38yrs old, known hypertensive on medications. She complains of generalized body weakness, awareness of heartbeats and dizziness when she feels the urge to pass stool. She gets relief after passing back loose stool. However she has no complaints of abdominal pain though she previously had epigastric pain which subsided after she started taking some anti acids.
