Hi Doc. I Have Been Getting Severe Epigastric Pain On

Hi Doc. I have been getting severe epigastric pain on and off for the last 10 years.scopy ,usg abdomen blood parameters are within the acceptable limits.Since it starts in the upper stomach between the rib cage and spreads to back and chest and lower abdomen ,2D echo ,X-ray etc were advised .all were fine.
I take colospa and adiza as advised.
Can I request you to please suggest a long term treatment for this excruciating pain at times.
