Hi Doc, I have regular 28 days menstrual cycle. My last period was on 1st Jan. This month i am traveling to holy place from 26th Jan 2016-2nd Feb. I think i may get my periods again on 27th Jan.So just wanted to check if in case i want to prepone it to 23rd Jan from when should i start taking Primolut N. Any ways I have started trying home remedies to prepone it(eating Mango pickle, Chicken, Fish,Prawns). Just for reference i request your help on this.
