Hi Doc, I Took Total Of 12 Cytotecs On 8th

Hi Doc, I took total of 12 Cytotecs on 8th March (10 orally and 2 virginally) and had bleeding on the night. I saw some blood clots but not too much and yesterday the bleeding stop. I'm on my 7th week of pregnancy and after taking the Cytotec I didn't feel any signs that I am pregnant. Does it mean my abortion is successful?
