Hi, Doc IV Been Having Severe Pain In My Both

Hi, Doc IV been having severe pain in my both arms since 3 January that's 9 days ago. The pain feels like when u get hit by something like a bruise on nly there is no bruise. Sometimes am having sharp pains can u plz tell me what may be causing this thank u.
