Hi Doc. Im Suffering From Acute Allergy Currently And I

Hi Doc. Im suffering from acute allergy currently and I guess it is due to the weather (climate change). I have a family history for allergy. Currently I keep getting slight fever which subsides when I take Panadol Cold & Flu + running nose, swollen eyes and constantly feel sleepy. While back home somebody suggested me to take Febrex Plus Tab...please advise. Thank you
